Human Rights Education Centre, constituted as a group of women that have supported each other through personal, community and institutional journeys. Currently the HREC coordinates activities and mobilises resources with a focus on 4 related thematic areas: namely Gender based violence, social integration, socio-economic rights (human dignity) and community healing.
Human Rights Education Centre and Umphakatsi Ecovillage project are currently recruiting volunteers for following positions:

Who can apply:
This is an opportunity for undergraduate, graduates and interested persons to gain practical experience and recognition for future career or interest. You must also have access to internet or a mobile phone. Accomodation is available for the Ecovillage Project volunteers, see ecovillage project for more on this site.
